Due to the digital nature of the Abu Garcia eGift Card, all sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded once the code has been issued. If you encounter any technical issues with your gift card balance or delivery, our support team is available to assist with a manual verification process.

Return Process

    Ensure your eGift Card has not been redeemed by checking the balance link provided in your delivery email.

    If your digital card was not received or the code is invalid, email our customer service team with your order number and purchase date.

    Security Review

    Our team will conduct a security audit to confirm the gift card balance remains unused and verify the original transaction details.

  • 4.
    Resolution Delivery

    Once validated, we will re-issue the digital code to the original purchaser's email address or provide a credit if a technical error occurred.
